Although the location is a bit of a distance from the nearest shopping area and mall, the serene surroundings and friendly staff more than made up for it. the staff members were lovely and always ready to assist, adding a personal touch to the overall experience. the air conditioning in the room provided a cool escape from the Malaysian heat, while the flat-screen TV offered entertainment options for relaxation. While there was no kettle in the room, the availability of hot and cold filtered water in a separate area was a thoughtful touch. the comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, even though some new pillows would have enhanced the experience further. the proximity to Sultan Ahmad Shah International Convention Centre and Taman Gelora made it convenient for exploring local attractions.
